AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home demonstrations and sales. You will connect with customers, present the latest technology, and close deals with hands-on demos and service delivery.

New reps start with paid training and ongoing coaching; you’ll work daily with scheduled appointments across multiple Georgia locations, including Clarkston, Decatur, Lithonia, Stone Mountain, and surrounding areas. Expect a 40-hour week with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive, company vehicle provided.

Aufgaben

• Present customized, white glove experiences in customers' homes.
• Close deals via hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolution.
• Engage warm prospects from scheduled appointments and convert to sales.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to hit and exceed sales targets.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
