Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to serve small and medium-sized businesses in your assigned territory. You will visit locations, present our supplemental insurance offerings, and build lasting relationships with business owners and managers.

The role emphasizes independence, strong communication, and the ability to manage a personal sales book while working a full-time schedule in a dynamic, field-based environment.

Qualifications

• Background in sales is a plus, but strong people skills matter most.
• Must be willing to work a full-time 40-hour week.
• Licensing in Health & Life or willingness to obtain is required or reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers in assigned territory.
• Deliver presentations and explain supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain a local book of business with ongoing follow-up.
• Set own schedule, submit hours weekly, and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and manage sales metrics daily.
