Altitude Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to actively visit and present supplemental insurance products to small and medium-sized businesses in your Colorado territory, including Arvada. You will call on business owners and managers, build a book of business, and manage your own schedule.

The role requires self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to overcome objections while delivering engaging presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of outside sales experience.
• Proven ability to overcome objections.
• Comfortable presenting to small to medium businesses.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own assigned territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients needing service.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and meet monthly quotas.
• Set follow-up appointments to review client needs.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
