Job summary

United Rentals is seeking a Sales Representative for the Reliable Onsite Services (ROS) division. You will drive profitable revenue in your geography and serve as the ROS products and services expert for customers.

You will report to the Branch Manager and work alongside cross‑unit Sales Reps. Responsibilities include promoting ROS offerings, targeting key customers, riding along with peers to discover opportunities, and leveraging CRM tools to build a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of technical rental sales experience in the portable restroom, restroom trailer or related business.
• Working knowledge of ROS products and applications and how they are used in the rental market.
• Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Overnight travel.
• Strategic selling and advanced negotiation and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote ROS services; educate customers on offerings in targeted markets.
• Target customers and vertical opportunities across key industries.
• Ride Along with other sales reps to identify revenue opportunities.
• Use CRM tools to develop and manage your sales pipeline.
