Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; mindset, integrity, and willingness to learn valued.
• Candidates should be coachable, growth-oriented and able to build relationships face-to-face.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license with company support.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses to discuss supplemental insurance options.
• Present enrollment-style insurance options in clear presentations.
• Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and service.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Work with mentors to set goals and grow within the territory.
• Expand territory through referrals and community connections.
