Job summary

Stryker in Colorado is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative for Enabling Technologies to grow a dedicated territory by promoting navigation, imaging, and planning solutions to hospitals and surgeons. You will lead product demonstrations, educate clinicians, and support customers through the sales cycle from initial contact to closing opportunities.

This field-based role emphasizes relationship-building, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration with sales leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with outside sales experience in medical device/healthcare, or equivalent high-performance environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue and quota targets.
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Conduct product evaluations, demos, and presentations.
• Train clinicians on navigation, imaging, and planning technologies.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures.
• Analyze territory performance and sales data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts.
