Job summary

Acosta is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and build Danone brand presence within an assigned territory in SPRINGFIELD, PA. The role focuses on promoting and selling CPG products, maintaining promotional displays, and delivering an excellent customer experience in a field-based environment.

The position requires engaging customers, expanding product distribution, and working with store personnel to meet dynamic sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or merchandising within retail environments.
• Ability to travel to multiple stores within the territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell consumer packaged goods (CPG) products in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and clients to drive in-store sales growth.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage the assigned territory through effective routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and launches.
• Keep management informed of store issues, competition and market trends.
• Ensure full product distribution and display in all assigned accounts.
• Document and report activities including sales results and observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
