Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive Danone brand presence and sales growth within an assigned territory. You will engage customers, perform sales and merchandising activities, and maintain promotional displays in a field-based environment.

The role requires strong communication, CPG/retail experience, and willingness to travel across multiple stores. A daytime Mon–Fri schedule is typical, with opportunities for training and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years of age.
• Comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently with integrity.
• Physically able to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling CPG products and merchandising within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage territory through routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
