Acosta Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Toledo, OH to drive sales of consumer packaged goods within an assigned territory. You will engage customers, perform sales and merchandising activities, and build strong relationships to boost product distribution.

The role requires ability to travel to multiple stores, work independently with integrity, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge. The position offers a daytime schedule Mon–Fri, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales or field sales preferred.
• Strong merchandising and in-store promotion execution.
• Excellent communication skills and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling CPG products within an assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and clients to grow in-store sales.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions and participate in events.
