Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth for Danone brands within a Bellevue territory. You will engage customers, perform sales and merchandising activities, and build strong relationships in a field-based environment.

Role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding product distribution, and maintaining promotional presence. Full-time daytime schedule with travel to multiple stores within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device with multiple apps.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting and selling CPG products and merchandising within assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, store personnel and client stakeholders.
• Execute merchandising standards including displays and promotions.
• Participate in in-store sales events and promotional events.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand product distribution.
• Manage assigned territory through effective routing and prioritization.
• Communicate sales performance insights to internal teams and clients.
• Complete reporting and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and merchandising standards.
