AT&T is seeking motivated Field Sales Representatives to join our team in the San Diego area. You will work in customers' homes, delivering personalized demonstrations and explaining latest technology and services.

You’ll earn uncapped commissions with a potential to reach significant earnings, including a base and performance payouts. Expect a schedule that includes evenings and weekends with a company vehicle provided for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and build relationships.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with customers at scheduled appointments to present solutions.
• Close deals through hands-on demonstrations, tech delivery and support.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and drive to client sites across service areas.
