AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to bring customized, white-glove experiences directly to customers’ homes in California. You will drive scheduled appointments, present the latest technology, and close deals with uncapped commissions.

Starting pay includes salary plus commissions, with top earners reaching six figures. The role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions with customers.
• Demonstrate products, conduct Wi-Fi assessments, and provide tech delivery/issue resolution.
• Close deals and meet sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
