Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to connect communities with Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions. Build relationships through face-to-face interactions, expanding access to services and delivering tailored recommendations.

You will travel within your territory, work evenings/weekends, and pursue monthly targets across data, mobile, landline, and video services while enjoying a competitive base plus incentives and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Travel to assigned territories and company facilities; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline and video services.
