Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated Account Manager based in Atlanta, GA, to help drive client growth and sales for our media and development agency. This remote role includes weekly in-person meetings with the sales team.

As a Sales Rep, you’ll introduce businesses, entrepreneurs, and creatives to our services—social media, branding, marketing, web development, and more. You’ll focus on understanding client needs, presenting the best solutions, and helping them say “yes” to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with qualified leads and generate new client prospects
• Present and explain Spoonful’s service packages to potential clients
• Close a minimum of 3 new client accounts per month
• Follow up consistently to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
• Maintain clear records of outreach, conversations, and client statuses
• Meet weekly with the sales team in person for strategy and training
• Collaborate with leadership and be open to coaching and performance reviews

• You’re based in or near Atlanta, GA
• You have strong communication skills and a persuasive, professional presence
• You enjoy talking to entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners
• You’re organized, accountable, and goal-oriented
• You’re coachable and eager to grow into a field sales leadership role
• Experience in sales, media, or marketing is a plus—but not required
