What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls and conduct Zoom and face-to-face meetings to sell oncology therapeutics to key stakeholders in the breast cancer community
- Convey complex clinical, diagnostics, and access & reimbursement information to customers and stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships of trust with customers to uncover their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to ensure the availability of the company’s suite of services
- Travel to accounts as needed for in-person meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution
- 1-3 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/device
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
- Superior communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work from home in an appropriate office environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of remote/inside sales experience
- 1-3 years of oncology sales experience
- Rare disease sales experience
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and computer skills
- Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service
