Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a field outreach professional to recruit local small businesses for a new hub delivery partner program. You will visit towns within a two-hour drive, present the program, qualify leads, and guide partners through onboarding.

The role includes travel, remote work portions, and uncapped commission based on partnerships converted. Based in Medford, OR with a fully remote work setup, you will collaborate with the Field Manager and local contractors, manage leads in

Qualifications

• Outside or field sales experience
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses door to door within approx. two-hour driving distance
• Present and pitch the program to generate interest and drive applications
• Qualify leads and guide them through the application process
• Manage a pipeline of leads using Salesforce or similar CRM
• Import data from Excel into Salesforce weekly
• Plan and host recruitment events in the community
• Engage local influencers to drive referrals
• Serve as primary contact for prospective partners and resolve questions
• Maintain professionalism and urgency in all interactions
• Report progress to the Field Manager
