Aston Carter is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to expand a network of local small businesses in Southern Oregon. This field-based role blends outside sales, business development, and community engagement, with uncapped incentives tied to performance.

You will connect with business owners, promote the program, qualify partners, and guide them through onboarding while traveling locally. Remote-friendly with base compensation and bonuses reflects market norms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience.
• Outside sales or field/territory-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage local businesses through face-to-face outreach.
• Present the opportunity and generate interest among business owners.
• Qualify prospective partners and assist them through onboarding.
• Manage leads, pipeline activity, and reporting in Salesforce.
• Support local recruiting events and community outreach.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce and referral partners.
• Generate leads via networking and community engagement.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up from a home office setting.
