Job summary

ALKAVIDA, INC. is seeking a proactive sales leader to build and launch a dealer program in Valencia, CA. You will recruit, train, and coach new sellers through live in-home appointments, driving both product knowledge and selling skills.

Responsibilities include field coaching, running in-home appointments, and managing the recruitment funnel. The role offers base pay with commission, OTE around six figures, and local travel. Join a growing team focused on scalable dealer success.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience, including in-home sales, direct sales, or dealer/rep programs.
• Experience recruiting and training others, or a top closer ready to move into leadership.
• Comfort speaking on the phone and working in someone’s living room.
• Strong organization to keep a recruiting pipeline moving (GoHighLevel experience is a bonus).
• Based in or near Santa Clarita / LA and able to travel locally for appointments.

Responsibilities

• Ramp new dealers quickly on product knowledge, the sales pitch, and how to run an appointment.
• Join new recruits on in-home appointments to train in real time.
• Teach dealers how to generate their own business beyond leads they’re handed.
• Stay close to the field to identify when to scale or provide additional reps.
• Manage the inbound recruitment funnel: call, qualify, and convert leads from ads.
• Run screening calls and set up interviews, Zoom meetings, and in-person factory visits.
• Maintain recruiting momentum to keep the pipeline full with new dealers entering the program.
