Square is building a world-class, high-accountability field sales organization in Los Angeles. We are seeking a hands-on leader with deep product expertise to coach and grow a field sales team, open conversations, and close deals with precision.

You will lead a disciplined, data-driven sales motion blending in-person selling with proactive outbound strategy to elevate revenue and performance across markets. This is a high-impact leadership role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales success in a high-growth environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience, managing field account executives.
• Experience in high-transaction SaaS or financial services sales.
• Bias toward action with thoughtful decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead with expertise in the field by coaching Territory Account Executives from sourcing to closing.
• Join prospect and customer meetings to demonstrate product fluency and value.
• Spend significant time in the field to strengthen relationships and drive pipeline.
