Job summary

Nourish, a leading dietitian-led metabolic health clinic, is seeking a Provider Partnerships Associate in Irving, TX. This field-based role focuses on growing a provider referral territory through in-person engagement with primary care physicians, specialists, medical assistants, and healthcare teams to deliver insurance-covered nutrition care.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles, healthcare, or high-performance environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field-based work and autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory within the local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting providers within a 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians, specialists, medical assistants, office managers, and healthcare administrators.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume within existing accounts through relationship management and strategic planning.
• Educate providers on Nourish and the impact of nutrition care on patient outcomes.
• Drive toward monthly referral goals and performance targets.
• Manage territory like a business, balancing new business with long-term growth.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with leadership to share learnings and scale the organization
