Nourish is hiring a Provider Partnerships Associate to expand our referral network in Irving, TX. You will spend most of your time in the field, engaging with physicians, specialists, and clinic staff to drive insurance-covered nutrition care referrals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles in healthcare or high-performance environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working in field-based, fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a provider referral territory in your local market.
• Spend 5 days per week in the field meeting with providers within an approximately 1-hour driving radius.
• Build relationships with physicians and clinic staff.
• Prospect into new offices and create referral partnerships from the ground up.
• Grow referral volume through strong relationship management and strategic territory planning.
• Track activity, pipeline, and account performance in Salesforce.
