Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove home experiences. You will work in the field with scheduled appointments, demonstrating products, assessing needs, and closing deals with residents in California.

Expect uncapped commissions, robust earning potential, and ongoing training. The role requires a valid driver’s license, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and successful completion of a background check.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check and motor vehicle record review required.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers at scheduled appointments in their homes or in the field.
• Close deals by providing hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery/resolution.
• Deliver personalized sales experiences and build long-term customer relationships.
