You will build a personal book of business and leverage a CRM to manage activity and results. This field-based role offers ongoing training, uncapped commissions, and opportunities for leadership as you grow your territory.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Comfort presenting to groups and small business owners.
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days; fees reimbursed by the company.

Responsibilities

• Meet with small business owners and decision-makers.
• Present benefit packages to groups of employees.
• Guide individuals in selecting insurance plans that meet their needs.
• Follow up with clients and assist with claims and coverage.
