Job summary

National Federation of Independent Business is seeking a motivated sales professional to meet with small business owners in the local market. This hybrid, field-based role offers comprehensive training, a strong commission structure, and uncapped earning potential.

You'll represent NFIB’s advocacy for free enterprise and help business owners join NFIB, with benefits including full medical/dental/vision and a 401k match. Prior sales experience is welcome, training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Meeting small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting).
• Memorizing and utilizing NFIB’s proven 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• Building quick rapport and delivering an engaging presentation.
• Overcoming objections and closing the sale.
• Processing payment on the spot.
