Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic direct sales professional to join our residential field team. You’ll meet residents face-to-face, present service options, and sign customers up for our internet bundles, with base salary plus uncapped commissions.

This role rewards performance with strong earning potential, including total compensation that can exceed six figures for top performers. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communications, relationship building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• Motivated, self-starter and comfortable with working autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents and referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads and understand property contract language and service levels.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review customer needs and articulate solutions; attend mandatory sales meetings.
• Report sales statistics to management and stay informed about market competition.
