Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic residential outside sales representative in the Dallas, TX area. This face-to-face, door-to-door role offers a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions, with total annual earnings potential reaching six figures for top performers.

You will work Tuesday through Saturday with scheduling flexibility based on business needs. You will engage residents, property managers, and leads to explain service options, collect quotes, and sign up customers while representing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for in-person sales.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel within assigned territory.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign up orders.
• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach and leads.
• Pursue leads daily and articulate Astound solutions to residents and property managers.
• Maintain knowledge of contracts, service levels, and portfolio properties.
• Attend sales meetings and report activity to management.
• Represent Astound professionally in the Dallas market.
