Astound is seeking a dynamic residential direct sales representative to build our customer base in a field-based role. You will interact with residents and property managers, promote Astound services, and sign up new accounts.

You’ll earn a base salary with uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings potentially reaching $90,000+ and opportunities to exceed six figures in high-performing markets.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales and field-based work experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Pursue leads actively and manage regional territories.
• Understand property contracts and service needs to sign up customers.
• Present quotes and enroll customers for service.
• Attend sales meetings and report progress to management.
