Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes. You’ll engage aggressively with warm prospects, close deals through hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and technology delivery, and drive toward uncapped commission potential.

Expect to train first, then work independently with scheduled appointments. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in meeting sales targets and upselling to increase value.
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
