Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, in-home sales experiences. You’ll work independently with scheduled appointments and aim to meet aggressive sales goals. Top earners can reach six figures with uncapped commissions.

You’ll be the local AT&T ambassador, leveraging demos and assessments to close deals while maintaining customer relationships and a flexible schedule. Training and a vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license; a company vehicle is provided for official use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, white-glove sales interactions at scheduled customer appointments.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Be the face and voice of AT&T, driving sales in the field with a focus on customer satisfaction.
