BlockRock South LLC is seeking a self-motivated field-based salesperson for the Alexandria, VA region. Earn a base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commissions, with realistic first-year earnings of $75K–$110K+ and bi-yearly bonuses.

You will visit local small businesses daily, prospect, and pitch vending, coin-op, and POS revenue programs. The role offers a Monday-Friday field schedule, travel reimbursement, paid training, health benefits, and a clear growth pathway.

Qualifications

• Travel or field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with local small businesses.
• Comfort with walking into businesses and starting conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own a Alexandria - regional territory (100-200 miles).
• Visit local small businesses daily (field-based).
• Prospect, build relationships, and pitch vending/coin-op/POS revenue programs.
• Work a mix of leads and self-sourced walk-ins.
• Track outreach and follow-ups through CRM.
• Build routes, expand business relationships, and close deals.
