Astound in the Dallas, TX area is seeking a results-driven residential outside sales representative. You will start with a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions, aiming for total earnings up to $90,000 or more with strong performance.

The role is face-to-face, door-to-door, outdoors, and field-based, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and flexibility. You will target homeowners, perform on-site consultations, and drive new service sign-ups while reporting progress to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in field settings and endure travel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for door-to-door sales.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily and sign up orders.
• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and provide quotes.
• Distribute marketing material and support campaigns to build brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics accurately to management and attend mandatory meetings.
