AT&T inc. is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes, demonstrating products, performing Wi‑Fi assessments and ensuring seamless service delivery while pursuing sales targets.

You’ll begin with paid training and ongoing coaching, work independently, and earn uncapped commissions in addition to base salary. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays in Oklahoma City is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.

Responsabilités

• Work independently in the field to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close the deal by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
