Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through in-person activities, networking, and referrals.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships and ensure retention and repeat business.
• Present and promote products, negotiate contracts, and close sales while meeting KPIs.
• Deliver training programs to new hires and mentor team members to promote growth.
