Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Sales Representative in Menlo Park, CA to drive direct sales within an assigned territory for ATIC services. The role involves significant field activity—visiting clients, attending trade shows, and delivering proposals to close deals.

As part of the Electrical team, you will meet monthly quotas, provide top-notch customer service, and maintain accurate CRM records in iConnect. This on-site position requires up to 50% travel and a proactive, self-motivated orientation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year outside sales experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel at least 50%.
• In-office position; not remote.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM systems and writing quotes.
• Ability to meet monthly KPI goals and use CRM effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sell Intertek’s ATIC services within assigned vertical, account and territory through client research, prospecting, and networking.
• Meet with current and prospective customers face to face via client presentations and trade shows.
• Meet order and revenue quotas on a monthly basis.
• Write and follow up on proposals, specify standards and pricing; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Log activity in CRM (iConnect) and meet KPI targets.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required.
• Perform other duties as required.
