Job summary

BrandSafway in Omaha, NE is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive bid opportunities in the construction access market. You will develop relationships across contractors, architects, and agencies to win work and use Salesforce to manage leads and quotes.

Responsibilities include site visits, gathering data for price quotes, and coordinating with contracts and project controls to ensure timely billing. A strong background in scaffold sales and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in scaffold and work access sales, including labor contracts.
• Experience cost estimating scaffold and work access projects.
• Experience with Salesforce in construction settings.
• Experience in the construction industry; Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prospect bid opportunities in the sales territory.
• Develop relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, and government agencies to win bids.
• Use Salesforce to identify bid opportunities and document progress; review leads from Construct Connect.
• Communicate how BrandSafway products meet customer needs and future requirements.
• Visit job sites to gather information for price quotes; assemble quotes in SafQuote.
