BrandSafway Outside Sales Representative in Tampa, FL, drives bid opportunities and builds relationships with general contractors, developers, and government agencies. You will use Salesforce to document activities, prepare price quotes, and guide projects from bid to contract.

• Experience in scaffold and work access sales, including labor contracts.
• Experience cost estimating scaffold and work access projects.
• Experience with Salesforce in a construction setting.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for bid opportunities within the sales territory.
• Develop relationships with contractors, developers, and agencies to generate bids.
• Use Salesforce to identify, document, and qualify bid opportunities.
• Communicate how our products meet customer needs and foresee future needs.
• Visit job sites to gather information for price quotes.
• Assemble equipment, material lists, man hours, and freight requirements for quotes.
• Assist contracting, billing, and change orders processes.
• Be on-site to guide construction crews on new jobs.
• Work with prequalification team to get BrandSafway prequalified.
• Assess bid opportunities for upsell potential across BrandSafway products.
• Report activity weekly to sales managers.
