Job summary

NCR VOYIX in Miami is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business with local restaurants and to cultivate long-term relationships for our restaurants tech ecosystem.

You will meet clients daily, showcase our hospitality tech—from POS to digital ordering and payments— and collaborate with engineers, account managers, and onboarding teams to deliver an outstanding client experience. This role requires travel within the Miami market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.
• A hunter mentality and passion for building authentic client relationships.
• Experience with hospitality or restaurant tech (POS systems, digital ordering, payment platforms).
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to walk into any room and connect.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented—you love autonomy and freedom.
• Local to the Miami, FL area and open to daily travel.
• Hospitality industry experience (front of house, back of house, or anything in between).

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business: Prospect, network, and close deals with restaurants across the Miami area.
• Be in the Field: Meet clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and show them how our tech can transform their operations.
• Problem-Solve with Purpose: Act as a trusted advisor—no pushy sales tactics here.
• Own Your Pipeline: Use tools like Salesforce to track activity and forecast performance.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with solution engineers, account managers, and onboarding teams to deliver an amazing client experience.
• Stay Ahead: Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to level up your pitch.
