Job summary

IDT Corporation, a division including National Retail Solutions (NRS), is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist to lead outside direct sales of POS and merchant services in the Los Angeles area, with travel to customers as needed. You will build relationships, qualify opportunities, and close deals while supporting customers through installation and onboarding.

The role requires 1–2 years in merchant services sales, knowledge of POS, and comfort with CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in selling Merchant Services.
• POS implementation and sales experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; other languages considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect potential customers and drive direct sales.
• Secure orders and close deals with merchants.
• Provide light tech support on customer equipment.
• Set up and follow up on installation and appointment schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations/Sales, Finance, and Help Desk for customer satisfaction.
