Job summary

National Retail Solutions (NRS plus), a division of IDT Corporation, is seeking a passionate salesperson to drive direct sales of POS devices and merchant services. You will manage the application process, follow ups, and close deals, while helping customers utilize services and providing light tech support on equipment.

Travel door-to-door to visit customers, coordinate installation, and work with support teams across Operations, Finance, and Help Desk.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience selling Merchant Services.
• Experience with PoS implementation and sales.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; other languages considered.
• Willing to travel and go door-to-door visiting customers.
• Basic computer skills and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Make commissions from direct sales of POS devices, Merchant Services, Cash Advances, Loyalty Programs, and retail products.
• Drive completion of the application process, follow ups, and close deals.
• Help customers understand how to use our services effectively.
• Provide light tech support on customer equipment.
• Set up and follow up on installation and appointment schedules.
• Interact with Operations/Sales, Finance, and Help Desk teams.
