Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers, acting as the face of our national brand in local communities. You’ll assess client needs using expert product knowledge and close sales while maintaining high customer service standards.

Expect collaboration with internal teams, travel within your territory up to 100%, and paid training. Base salary plus uncapped commissions offers strong earnings potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and willing to travel up to 100% of time.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and maintain service quality.
• Assess customer needs and present appropriate pest management options.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals and close sales opportunities; follow up on proposals.
• Support new service installations and use Sales CRM for daily activities.
