Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring a Pest Control Consultant to sell Residential Pest Management services and products to new and existing homeowners.

You will be the face of our national brand locally, protecting homes and families and assessing customer needs to tailor our pest control solutions. Responsibilities include inspecting homes, proposing solutions, collaborating with service teams, and documenting activities in the Sales CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs to sell pest control solutions and maintenance services.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to grow revenue and service engagement.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
