Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell our leading pest management services to residential customers while delivering exceptional customer service. You will assess customer needs, propose effective solutions, and collaborate with service teams to protect homes and families.

The role requires strong sales and communication skills, willingness to travel up to 100% within the territory, and a commitment to safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for more opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals to resolve issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure clear understanding of the customer’s home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
