Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing needs and presenting solutions to protect homes and families. The role requires driving, strong communication, and at least 1–2 years in pest control or sales, with up to full travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve issues and propose additional pest household services.
• Complete home diagram using CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations and ensure quality.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the CRM.
