Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. seeks energized Pest Control Consultants to sell residential pest management services within local communities. You’ll protect homes and families by assessing needs and offering effective solutions, while delivering prompt, customer-focused service.

You’ll work with a supportive team, travel within your territory, and have opportunities to grow through training and incentives in a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Willing to travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals and close sales opportunities.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and communicate findings.
• Follow up on past proposals to close opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Use the sales CRM to record daily activities and performance.
