Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to inspect spaces, provide quotes, and generate new business. You’ll move across routes, build relationships, and expand the customer base while representing the brand in the community.

Training is provided with potential for commissions after onboarding. A company vehicle, tech gear, and robust benefits support your growth and success in a role that combines outdoor work with customer care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes for interior/exterior spaces as needed.
• Sales and lead generation through cold calling and networking.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects to customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and partners.
• Attend regular training to stay on industry trends and safety standards.
