Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to perform inspections, provide quotes, and convert opportunities into ongoing pest control accounts. You’ll travel to commercial and residential sites, discuss service options, and help plan tailored pest solutions.

As a key community representative, you’ll receive comprehensive training, a company vehicle, and benefits. A pesticide license will be provided/kicked off within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking and partnerships.
• Explain the value of services and transition prospects to Northwest customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction.
• Attend regular training sessions and ongoing education to stay current.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
