Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to inspect, quote, and sell pest control services across communities and businesses. You’ll be on the move, meeting customers, and growing your client base while representing a trusted local brand.

No exterminating experience is required; training is provided, and you’ll receive a company vehicle, cell phone, and iPad for route assignments, plus comprehensive benefits. Must have a diploma and a valid license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• B2B & field sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Communicate the value of services to prospects and transition them into customers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
