Northwest Exterminating is hiring an Outside Sales Professional to inspect properties, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers across the Southeast. You will travel within your territory, build relationships with businesses and homeowners, and grow the customer base while receiving comprehensive training and a company vehicle.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, willingness to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days, and the ability to work independently on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes.
• Sales and lead generation: cold calling, networking, partnerships.
• Customer transition: explain value and convert prospects to customers.
• Relationship building with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction.
• Ongoing training and education to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
