Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to represent the company in the community, protect businesses and homes, and grow the customer base through proactive outreach.

You’ll participate in a comprehensive training program, earn a training salary during onboarding, and receive a company vehicle, cellphone, and iPad for route assignments. We offer medical, dental, vision, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: interior and exterior inspections, then offer quotes based on customer needs.
• Sales and Lead Generation: generate new sales leads through cold calling and networking.
• Customer Transition: communicate value of services and transition to Northwest customers.
• Relationship Building: build and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ongoing Learning: attend training sessions and continuing education to stay current.
• Safety First: maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
