Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• B2B & Field sales expereince prefered.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior inspections and quote potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships with businesses.
• Explain services and transition prospects to customers.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and enhance skills.
• Maintain safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.
